Go-Live / Active Monitoring

During this Phase, implementation is considered complete. If you have purchased CRITICALSTART‘s Managed Detection and Response services, you (MSSP/MSP) will be moved into a Go-Live / Active Monitoring status.

During Go-Live/Active Monitoring, ZTAP incidents are escalated to you and your team for closure and/or additional information for resolution. For high priority incidents, a 24/7 number is preferred so that CRITICALSTART analysts can reach a member of your team. High priority contacts are determined based on your notification schedule. Prior to Go-Live/Active Monitoring, CRITICALSTART will need for you and your team to confirm the notification schedule.
