Randy brings more than two decades of sales and leadership experience in the security and technology industries, helping customers solve critical business problems while securing their data and networks. As sales leader for CRITICALSTART’s Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services, Randy aligns his team to drive sales engagements with our partner community, ensure customer satisfaction, and help cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships.
For much of his career, Randy has focused on driving business with and through channel partners, making the most of the value they bring to the company’s sales teams and customers. Prior to joining CRITICALSTART, Randy was head of North America Sales at Absolute Software, where he led the SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments to 30% growth in three years. He also served in sales and leadership positions at Symantec, McAfee, and ForeScout, bringing his relationship-building approach to every role.
Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College in Massachusetts. He and his wife reside in the Charlotte, NC area.
