As a Chief People Officer, Roseanne brings 25 years of global people strategy experience including human resources, talent acquisition and talent development. Her expertise includes leading talent strategies to attract, develop, retain and reward talent in the high tech, cyber security, financial services and brokerage industries in public, private equity backed, start-up and scale-up environments.

Roseanne Donohue is currently the Chief People Officer at Critical Start, a cybersecurity company that empowers security leaders with a Managed Cyber Risk Reduction (MCRR) solution that delivers continuous security posture improvement and the strongest protection against threats possible.  She is a member of the senior executive leadership team, setting and overseeing the execution of the business’s overall people strategy.  Roseanne designs and executes people-centric strategies that are in sync with the company’s mission, vision, and business goals This includes leading a team that spearheads programs and initiatives focused on engaging employees, culture and improving employee retention rates.  She is the Executive Sponsor of DEI at Critical Start cultivating an inclusive and encouraging work culture.

Prior to joining Critical Start, Roseanne was the North America Head of Talent at Radware, a 1,500 employee publicly traded global leader of application delivery and cyber security solutions. Roseanne developed and led the talent strategy to grow and enable their US and Canada teams of 250 employees. Roseanne created their Talent function from the ground up including Talent Acquisition, New Hire Onboarding & Orientation, Employee Development, Engagement & Retention and Rewards & Recognition. Working with the global HR team, she led Employer Talent Branding globally (North America, Israel, EMEA, APJ) positioning Radware as an employer of choice. In addition to enhancing the candidate, new hire, and employee experience at Radware, Roseanne led global searches to recruit executive roles such as the VP of EMEA Sales, North America GM and Global Business Development VP.

Roseanne’s Talent and HR leadership expertise spans across start-ups, as well as large global corporations including Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Citigroup and JPMorgan Chase.
